What documents do I need to rent?
A valid driver's licence held for at least 12 months, a credit card in your name for the security deposit, and photo identification. International visitors need an International Driving Permit alongside their home licence.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge on certain vehicle categories.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Changes can be made up to 48 hours before pickup at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee equivalent to one day's rental.
What happens if I return the car late?
A grace period of 59 minutes applies. After that, you may be charged for an additional day. Please contact us if you anticipate delays.
